Girls who wear very dark lipstick scare me. I was tortured as a little kid in the third-grade by my musical teacher who always dressed up as a witch during You can’t scare 3rd grade Teacher Halloween shirt and now it’s storming I need a thunder buddy I had the same Hebrew teacher as Greenstein and I want to tell a different story about him. When I was in third grade, that teacher gave us a HUGE talk near Purim on how if we don’t go to Purim services we shouldn’t go trick or treating. Looking back, when I was in that classroom, I was scared out of my mind even though I’ve always went to both trick or treating and Purim services, but I was so confused why he would talk to all of us about it in such a way that we would always remember it. Now, in high school, more than half of my 3rd grade Hebrew class never steps in the shul, but almost all of them try to go to Purim services so they feel they are able to celebrate Halloween.
