I’ve been doingAll I need today is a little bit of Bulldogs and a whole lot of Jesus shirt . Crossfit for less than a year yet for sure this year I’ve felt more ability snowboarding than ever. Endurance has been way better. Strength in legs is way up. No joke! Better for ski, and pretty much anything you love to do! I started skiing late to keep up with my Always afraid of hurting myself. 3 years into Crossfit had made me the best athlete I could possibly be. Best stamina ever! I enjoy the slopes falling with confidence. Moved from greens to blues and loving it!Great article!The crossfits makes my boarding so much better! And I know from personal experience that Coach T is a freaken brilliant coach!! She’s highly educated, committed to her craft and all the fun times!
