Same goes for Boxing Day, the British holiday that comes the day after Christmas, though I do remember movie theaters being a rare exception. I received a sweatshirt which just fitted ok. I would recommend ordering the next size up for a lose fit though. The quality is really good and nice thick material. Note that sizing of their products is not standard throughout their range of clothing so DO CHECK the sizing chart for each item that you order. I ordered a t-shirt too though it came up far too small. I contacted customer services who responded immediately. They explained that can only exchange if error on their part as each item is printed to order. They asked me to describe problem and send photos. And agreed to a replacement which I am obviously pleased about.
