It is sad to conflate actual abuse, aggression, and harassment with this, and other things that are similarly innocuous. It diminishes the Kiss Me I’m A Veteran St. Patrick’s Day Irish shirt and just makes one question the judgment of those who do the conflating. Movement, but not everything that was culturally acceptable back then should be viewed by the lens of today. Many women went to welcome men back from war looking for a man or husband back then. As a human race, hopefully, we do learn from our mistakes.
Kiss Me I’m A Veteran St. Patrick’s Day Irish shirt, hoodie, sweater and ladies shirt
A few decades back doctors were smoking in the doctor’s offices. There was no social media and people were more hands-on literally. It was culturally acceptable back then to say, in almost every setting. I don’t think we should put people from the past on trial using today’s values as it relates to the Kiss Me I’m A Veteran St. Patrick’s Day Irish shirt and women play. Comedians often made fun our different races, sexuality, etc and most people laughed. A woman might like a cute man coming on to her, but if an ugly man did the same thing, her response would be different.
I am not saying we should ignore crimes of murder, rape, inequality from the past but where there once was gray we have to understand the times were different, so long as moving forward, we do better. Otherwise, women, gays, blacks, native Americans, disabled individuals, would not be able to move forward. That is progress. I am not saying we should forget the Kiss Me I’m A Veteran St. Patrick’s Day Irish shirt or accept that kind of behavior today, but our arguments should stay in the present.
